According to CHEH Guidelines, to become a member of CHEH, you must agree with our Statement of Faith.
The Father is to sign the form (on application). Single mothers are considered.
CHEH Statement of Faith
1. We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. It is not to be added to or taken away from. It is complete in its current form with no scriptures missing or lost.
2. We believe in the one true God who is eternally existent, and who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and not three separate gods. We believe the one true God was not an exalted human being.
3. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father. We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit only and not with a heavenly mother and was born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus is God incarnate, not a man who achieved god status. Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. Jesus ascended into heaven in His resurrected body and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our intercessor. Jesus is eternally existent and not a created being.
4. We believe that it is by grace through faith that a man is saved and not of works. We believe the Holy Spirit is the agent by which salvation is realized in one’s earthly life. We believe there is no means to salvation after one’s earthly life has ended. We believe there is no baptism for the dead.
5. We believe in the literal return of Jesus Christ to this earth.
6. We believe in the resurrection of the dead; eternal life in one heaven with Jesus and the Father for those who trusted Jesus as their savior; and eternal punishment in a literal hell for those who rejected Jesus.
7. We believe in the scriptural unit of marriage consisting of one natural-born man and one natural-born woman, and not as a requirement for exultation to a god after death.
We ask that you prayerfully consider each of the points listed above. If you are in disagreement on any point then this organization is not a fit for you, and it would cause you to deny your faith by signing such a statement. Denying one’s faith is a serious thing and should never be taken lightly.
As head of my house, I agree to the above Statement of Faith.
